City Hall celebration in London

Oh, don't you just love celebrations! I do, and I've heard all about how fantastic the Make a Difference Challenge celebration was in London in the Chamber at City Hall, which is a big, beautiful building where you can look outside and see the Tower Bridge and the Thames River. The London Mayor, Boris Johnson, holds his meetings there so it was a very exciting place for 200 kids from 29 schools in London to share their amazing work with each other, as well as with teachers, parents and other special adults.

One of the most important things about being a Go-Giver is showing everyone that not just adults can make a change to the world. We kids can do a lot too! So they showed the adults there what they have accomplished by fundraising, raising awareness of important issues, and taking direct action as concerned and responsible citizens!

I told you all before how much fun I had reading about all of the different Make a Difference Challenges that have been written about on our website, and I'm hoping that there are some more I don't know about yet! Let me know what you have been up to, I'm so excited to read your responses!
